Qualifying for Assistance

MannaFest offers monthly boxes of food, based on the size of your family as well as your individual preferences, to help supplement the food you are able to purchase or receive through other sources. 

 

To apply for this assistance, bring proof of your address (you must live in Polk County) to MannaFest at 803 W. Feagin in Livingston during the regular hours, Monday and Friday, 9:00am to 12:00 noon, as well as the first Saturday of each month, 9:00am to 11:00am. You will fill out an application and meet with an interviewer who will determine your eligibility.

  • Receiving TANF 

  • Receiving Medicaid

  • Receiving SSI

  • Emergency - House Fire, Hospitalization, Loss of Job, Etc.
