Mannafest director search

Is God calling you to serve your community in a new way? Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of your Polk County neighbors in need?

 

MannaFest Food Pantry is now accepting applications for the volunteer positions of Director and Assistant Director of the pantry. For more information on qualifications, position responsibilities, or to schedule an interview, please contact us.

 

As Director or Assistant Director, you would be working with a team of about fifty volunteers, helping to coordinate the volunteer schedule and overseeing our various programs. Training will be provided. The official start date, after training, is November 1, 2023.

  • Directors must have a strong faith in God and be a willing servant who is committed to fulfilling God's ministry through MannaFest.

​

  • Directors must be able to relate to and show compassion for clients, as well as volunteers, and must be a person with discretion who is able to handle confidential information.

​

  • An estimated 12-15 hours a week are spent working with MannaFest duties; weeks with special events would require more time.

​

  • The Executive Director and Assistant Director roles are unpaid positions.
